My son has been willing to learn martial arts for years. I heard of Elite Martial Arts and enrolled him to a class recommended by them. He was a little overweight because he lacked interest in athletics. We have been amazed by the changes we have seen in him in just three weeks. His self-confidence is improving and we are happy to see him getting back in action and hope to have him in good shape soon. We are assured that he will be able to possess good self-defence tactics.

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to join Elite Martial Arts. I feel much more physically stronger, faster, and healthier, and over all more confident, especially in my ability to defend myself. The belt tests are some of the hardest, yet most rewarding things I've ever done. The instructors are welcoming, experienced and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly they're great teachers who connect on a personal level. They've built a great community here, and I will always recommend them to anyone thinking of becoming the best version of their self.

My all time favourite physical activity. Thank you for such a fun way to work out and practice self defence :) the staff and members are friendly and welcoming. As a new member just over a year ago, I never felt alone!

I'm very happy at EMA. The people are amazing! And you can't beat the work out! I would definitely recommend EMA for anybody looking to train martial arts. I joined a couple of months ago and I ain't quitting anytime soon.

I was looking for an activity that would help me stay fit since I didn't really enjoy going to the gym to use free weights or machines. Dan and Lawrence invited me for a free demo class at EMA and I've been hooked since. Great instructors and a really encouraging community. Would recommend it to anyone.
