Each style and school of martial arts has something different to offer. Some focus on sport or competition, some on well-being and fitness, etc. WingTsun Toronto is the only school in Canada that teaches the complete fighting system headed by GGM Leung Ting in Hong Kong. This fighting system is not a sport. It is a system for self-defence and hand to hand combat designed to respond to real-life physical threats. As a system, all techniques derive from fundamental principles and can be broken down to simple physics. If you are interested in learning a system that is taught to some military special forces and law enforcement organizations in the world, and would like to learn it scientifically and masterfully explained, please give WingTsun a try. The instruction provided by Si-Fu Asad Mir is of the highest level.

I have been training in WingTsun with SI-Fu Asad for over a year. I enjoyed every class I attended. Si-Fu's approach is very well organized and you can learn the techniques at your own pace. There are 2 locations very convenient for those who work downtown. I highly recommend WT Toronto, is fun and you really learn techniques that will allow you to defend yourself on a difficult situations. Try it you will really enjoy it.

I started taking WingTsun Kung Fu classes from WingTsun Toronto many years ago and after a long break was able to return as an active student. I was welcomed back openly and after a short time of recapping concepts and movements I was able to continue my progression of this wonderful martial art form. As an instructor Sifu Asad Mir is excellent at breaking down concepts into manageable sets and helping students progress through the different forms. Focus is spent not just on the “how” but also the “why” of the movements, and not just in theory but in practice as well. Every class you take brings deeper insight into WingTsun methodology. Emphasizing speed over strength with a hefty side of physics means the more relaxed you are the better you will perform. I suggest anyone interested in studying a martial art give WingTsun a try at WingTsun Toronto.

Quality unlike other. If you've been looking for a place to workout and effectively learn to defend yourself, join this school. If you have little time to search or have been looking for a long time, you have found a Martial Arts school that focuses on you. I have experienced this in class, personal focus and ability to work at your own pace. At the same time, challenged everyday by the variety. Progressive, never boring and you'll quickly see the results of your decision to join. If you are not sure, you owe it to yourself to just try it free.

Wing Tsun (WT) Toronto is awesome! I've been doing WT for almost two years and am addicted. It's fun, challenging and a great way to make new friends! WT is also a great way to get in shape while learning a practical and efficient martial art. Lunch and evening classes are taught at two convenient locations downtown. Sifu Asad is patient in teaching WT forms and has a wealth of experience in martial arts training/instruction. If you're interested in learning more about WT, try a free trial lesson.
