Carey and Leslie were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! They both came into my work office to do a class on self-defense which was so fun and very educational. The class was a hit and easy to follow along. Carey comes with a wealth of knowledge and I would highly recommend looking into his services!

A great way to learn Life and meeting your ownself

I enrolled my six year old so he could learn the values of martial arts. In the months he's been at the school, I've seen his confidence shoot up - in all areas of his life. The teachers at Tiger Dragon are fantastic! They learn And work with their students as individuals - guiding each to recognize and use their own strengths in class - and well beyond. I can't speak highly enough of Tiger Dragon Martial Arts Centre!

After recently moving to Toronto myself and a friend of mine were looking for places to train (I've trained in other styles before). While doing this research we stumbled upon the tiger dragon sign as we passed on a street car. We looked them up and setup a meeting with Sifu Carey, after which we tried a lesson and were convinced it was the place for us. It has a wide variety of classes and a great availability where you can use the space to go in and train on your own as well. This makes it flexible and able to work with all schedules. The gentle and specific guidance makes it a great place to train for everyone, whether you are a parent looking for your child to learn discipline and confidence, a young person looking for how to defend yourself, someone who wants to compete at high levels, or even an elderly who would like to keep fit.
