My 6 year old son takes kick boxing here and loves it. If your kid is a new student, they will give you a lot of extra one on one attention to make sure your kid learns things properly, more so than anywhere else. Class sizes have been small and Professor Joseph is an outstanding teacher. He is calm and patient, tough and encouraging and extremely wise in not just Muay Thai, but other martial arts as well which means that only the most powerful techniques are focused on. My son has progressed tremendously in the 2 months he has been there. Highly recommend!

The #1 spot in Toronto for No Gi Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. Whenever I'm in the area, this is my go to gym. Ian Freemantle is a phenomenal instructor and is easily one of the highest level black belts I've ever rolled with. Good hearted guy, absolutely hilarious and fun to be around. Great atmosphere on these mats. Positive energy from everyone. Lots of training partners, lots of belt levels. All killers on the mats. And everyone's hygienic and the mats are sanitary and spotless. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity attend classes, seminars, open mat and take private lessons at Toronto No Gi. My leglock game went next level after just one private lesson with Ian. If you ever have an opportunity to attend one of the seminars by Robert Drysdale, absolutely go because Rob is a World Champion on another level and his seminars have been invaluable to my Jiu Jitsu game and changed my life. They even offer a Gi class, haha! And Muay Thai as a bonus. Whether you're looking to start BJJ, you're looking to switch gyms, or you're just in the area for a drop in, this is the place to be in Toronto.

A fantastic facility, nice and clean with great people to train with. They can really cater to any skill level that walks through the door. Super welcoming/friendly and its clear they have a genuine passion for jujitsu. Times to train in both the afternoon and evening making it flexible to get a workout in no matter what your schedule. If Brazilian Jujitsu or Muay Thai has ever interested you, this is a great place to finally give it a try. You, like me, will be so glad you did.
