I really enjoyed every class I was able to attend. The instructors were very kind and taught at a comfortable pace that everyone was able to keep up with. The gym itself was not too big but was spacious enough for a great learning experience. I definitely recommend for anyone of any age interested in martial arts and self-defence.

Started training here 6 months ago. Environment is very friendly and the teachers are very knowledgeable. This gym specializes in Filipino martial arts, a combined style that includes hand-to-hand, stick and knife fighting. If you're looking for a gym that is fun, friendly, intense and practical, choose this one!
