Its my own away from home

This is a really nice gym with a lot of really friendly people. At first I was really scared to go to this gym because it was a "fighting" aka Muay Thai gym but their instructors were really nice to me. I quickly learned how to defend myself and build more confidence. I am now more confident when I talk to girls. Thanks York Muay Thai

As a kinesiology student, I have never walked into a gym like this before and felt as safe letting my body undergo training from another instructor as I have here. I have learned quite a bit about the human body during my 5 year program and really enjoy the workouts, the community, the technique and the acquisition of knowledge both in martial art and about self, life and body from the instructors here. They are all qualified in teaching authentic Muay Thai and not the watered down North American kickboxing that plagues many gyms bearing the "Muay Thai" promotion and as a facility, it is top notch having everything you need including a nice little weights area + bags + pads. HIGHLY recommend this place to people looking to get into a martial art like Muay Thai + To people who have trained before and are looking for a new HQ. 10/5 stars if I could.

I've been to other gyms but the instruction at this gym is top notch. You will learn the proper techniques to all 8 weapons. Difficulty is appropriate for all levels and you get alot for what you pay. If you're looking for a challenge you've found the right place. Conditioning is required before the technique portion of the class. Fun, challenging, friendly, inspiring, helpful, rewarding and a motivating environment is how I'd describe this gym.
