An AUTHENTIC 2nd generation Jeet kune do school with a fun family atmosphere, which also provides Karate and kickboxing instruction as well. Sifu emphasizes an guides each individual student through his extremely detailed hands on approach in a comfortable group format. In my opinion it creates a balanced mixture of beginer students shareing time and experiance with students who have a more advanced understanding of the martial arts principles. My personal overall wellness and quality of life was dramatically impacted by all the valuable time and energy shared through these profound experiance's throughout the years of commitment. Just take the first step an drop in so you can feel the authentic martial arts experiance for yourself to enlighten your life in all phases

Great martial arts school. As a student who has trained in both karate and kickboxing, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Sifu John is very knowledgeable in the arts and passionate about teaching. This is the studio to join if you are serious about learning martial arts.

Sifu John McNabney is one of the best teachers out there. He is patient, fun, and holds nothing back. My first day I was in the mix training with everyone. There is no class system here. If you have a good attitude and want to learn, sweat, and have fun, then this is the place to enhance your understanding of martial arts and the world in general.
