These guys are AMAZING! More then just being an awesome they really care about the kids. I mean... yes I have forgotten things and they just step up and help out!

Advanced adult classes are misrepresented as a comprehensive self-defense course for beginners. I've been to places like this and they're all pretty much the same: you'll end up as the one and only weird person in street clothes surrounded by a bunch of advanced students in fancy robes and black-belts. In the "first" class of the season, they'll pick up where they left off (they've been continuously working together for months/years) and conduct a bunch of drills they know by heart while you're standing there trying to copy things you don't understand and are not ready for. First principles are ignored--beginners must pay hundreds in tuition, then learn nothing from instructors. Mixing students like this is flat-out wrong and unfair to everybody involved, but they only care about money. God, places like this make me so mad.

This is the best dojo in Toronto. The teachers are very engaging and make it a fun learning experience with the martial aspect of training. Thank you Shihan!

Excellent place for kids to learn martial arts. I have two boys enrolled and they both love it. They tried another place before here and got bored very quickly. The owner/main instructor Paulo is amazing with kids - very engaging and disciplined. The staff are fantastic - a great family atmosphere!
