Started at the beginning of the year and, because of the hard work and positive attitude that all the senseis bring, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life and more capable in physically demanding situations. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to start a martial art!

Worth more than any gym membership could ever give you. Nine months in, a ridiculous work out but always fun. The atmosphere is super (“egos left at the door”) and I’m in absolute awe of all the Sensei’, their dedication, skill, encouragement and bants. Thank you.

Forever grateful for the martial arts training and friendships made through the Goodge Xen-Do club. Learning this sport from beginner level has been fantastic fun over the last year, especially with the support and guidance from the dedicated senseis. Attending these classes is the absolute highlight of my week and I am so happy to have crossed paths with the team! Thank-you for everything! -Hannah

I was looking for a new martial arts gym to both learn more self-defence and get in shape, when I came across with Xendo. Booked my free trial and fell in love with the club immediately! Class structure is really well thought, you will work out like you never did before (these guys really push you to do better every time), learn the techniques and have a go at free padding to make sure your new skills will actually become useful. There is several sensei’s per class so you have a lot of personal instructions and develop quickly. Always good vibe going on, I have felt really welcomed and noticed rapid changes in my fitness level and skills. Xendo has quickly become the thing that gets me out of bed in the morning, excited to learn more, always leaving the class in a good mood and looking forward to the next one. Best. Decision. Ever.

Xendo was not only a realisation of my childhood dream to learn martial arts but also an unknown sense of inner fulfilment and adrenaline. It gave me even stronger motivation and belief that nothing, absolutely nothing is impossible if you put your heart and head into it. It gave me everything...and more!=)) Thank you everyone for a great environment and your great efforts. You are all stuck with me now! ;-))) Ouss!!! Anastasiia
