You have to actually put time and effort into training. You're tested. The more you go the more you get from it. If you get to a higher grade then more is expected of you. Including.your requirement to participate, not be lazy and skip training because it's challenging. Regular long term training is.truly beneficial. But that's your responsibility to train. You get out of life what you put in. Tyga has trule benefitted me.
