I am doing a white collar boxing event and the training program is at this gym, I was a bit nervous the first time I walked in, but was made to feel part of the family instantly. The knowledge and professionalism from the coaches is amazing, both Michael and Bill are true inspirations. Highly recommended!!!!

KO is simply splendid. The coaching is world class and the conditioning will leave you dripping in sweat. Bill and the rest of the trainers inspire you to push yourself to the absolute limit. If you're after a gym that's brimming with aggression, posers taking mirror selfies or perhaps somewhere you can sit on a bike and watch Netflix then turn away. If you want a gym that's genuinely life-altering where you're part of a family then KO is for you.

My Children have been attending KO Gym for around 2 years now and enjoy every session they go to. The instructors are great with there knowledge and guidance towards all the students. The facilities are great. Kru Bill has a great passion for what he does and is a great inspiration to all the fighters there. Ko Gym is a great place for all abilities and defiantly worth going to train there.
