Core is a great place to practice and train BJJ. Every level could benefit, and everyone at Core create a great atmosphere.

I been coming to this gym since May 2017 and my son Jesse who is 12 has attending April 2017. Jesse has been attending all the classes and benefiting from all of them. The coaches are all fantastic! They are very skilled and offer excellent one on one advice and support. Jesse has become more confident and in shape. The gyms welcoming vibe has made us feel like family. I recommend this gym to everbody and anybody who wants to learn get in shape and feel apart a amazing community! Thanks Coaches!

You're learning everything you need. The classes are well run. Instructors know their stuff. I plan to continue and complement for more well rounded experience. As a newbie, felt like I could keep up and still learning the basics. No real issues about having less knowledge. Would recommend.

I came to Elite about a year ago to work on my skill set for MMA. I already had a good base in grappling and BJJ, but knew many areas of my game were lacking. Claude helped me a lot to become more well rounded. With his guidance, I was able to record my first victory in professional mixed martial arts competition (a first round submission!). I continue to learn something new and make improvements with each class! I highly recommended this gym to anyone looking to learn martial arts and get in great shape while doing it. From recreational practitioners to the serious competitor, this is the place to be.

I tried a few places for Martial Arts in Mississauga and Elite was by far the best. The first thing that appealed to me was how friendly and down to earth the staff and coaches are. I didn't feel pressured into signing up and I was offered free trial classes to see if it was something I wanted to be a part of. The coaches are amazing. They are so thorough, friendly, and give you the motivation to push through your challenges and find your strengths. I have met really close friends through Elite and I think that speaks for itself. I definitely recommend Elite to anyone who is looking to start or continue their training in martial arts.
