Visited on a saturday morning for Muay Thai, the gym is well maintained and is shared with boxing and other martial arts. The staff and instructors who I met were friendly and courteous. They split the Muay Thai into different levels of experience so beginners are not discouraged. The start of the class is a good cardio workout before several techniques were practiced and the instructor did go round to everyone although it is a large class. For a beginner, I think this would be a good introduction, the class I attended didn't have complicated combinations and if you're a bit more experienced they will grade you allowing you to spar.

Great gym! Very warm energy and community oriented environment. The instructors are all very friendly, knowledgable and passionate about their craft!

This is one of the best Muay Thai gyms I've trained at. They focus on providing technique and an intense workout equally. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the general ambiance is very welcoming. I love that they have classes every day.

The owner is super passionate about kickboxing and about all three of the TKMT locations. You still him regularly around the gym and teaching classes. The coaches here are excellent, committed to the sport, knowledgeable and patient with beginners. The workouts are hardcore - be prepared to sweat and feel sore the next day (or two, or three!) - hey, how else do you know whether the workout is effective?? The gym is clean and the people are unpretentious. The adult classes are a blast. The group class warm up almost always includes jumping rope (one of my favourite cardio workouts) and the trainers personalize the classes making you feel like, even though there are twenty other people in the class, if you skip a push up or two, someone will notice (so you don’t skip ANY push ups). A nice touch. The kids class is still being developed and incorporates some fun and games but could be further refined to appeal to kids of all age groups.

I train at the uptown location and I can't get enough of it. GREAT trainers who push you to the best of your ability which works for me. Really good atmosphere in the gym and they have everything you need. I highly recommend Tkmt.
