My boys started last year (6 and 10 yrs old) and I started early this year. It is a comfortable atmosphere where we've all felt welcomed. The opportunity for learning during classes and during open hours on alternate days reflects Master Murphy and Mrs. Murphy's care and commitment to make us all better. Even as an 'old guy' getting started with taekwondo, I've noticed an improvement in my health and flexibility. Growing up, I used to dread the sports practices -- but I actually look forward to these classes.

While I’m nearly 40 years old, I still remember many of the lessons I learned from Master Murphy as a young child. Great teacher and dedicated to his students.

Is this place for real? The "instructor" stands around for half the class telling tasteless jokes. There is no program at this place. The building is awful. It's run-down and in need of repairs, including the ceiling. I took my son to a real martial arts school, and now he is actually learning what he never did over there. Having students that don't know what they're doing, teaching classes is a joke too. Just disgusted with the whole thing. If you're looking for a good martial arts program, this is not the place.

Love our martial arts family! Mr. & Mrs. Murphy are great! My daughter loves class. She is learning strength, determination, persistence, respect, self-defense, about different cultures, confidence. Always leave with a smile on our face. Master Murphy is great with the kids, they love him! He takes the time to work with special needs. With no intimidation. I even started to work out just to gain strength and balance, not caring about status. Now I'm determined to get my next belt! Thanks Mr. & Mrs. Murphy!
