This gym is amazing! They are professional, helpful and teach really well. As someone new to martial arts I was really nervous and they took the time to make me comfortable and worked with me at my pace.

Great facilities, kept super clean and an amazing community along with it. Classes are great fun and coaches are always around to help!

Ive been training here for a couple months and I’m very happy training at SBG Scarborough because of what they offer. First, the coaches will teach you solid fundamentals to striking and grappling at your own level, they are always open to questions and will pay attention to you so you can improve your game. Second, the gym and equipment are always professionally clean, and they have a wide range of strength and conditioning equipment for members to use. Last but not least, the community here is very welcoming. I have not trained with anyone with huge egos or negative attitudes. I’ve seen that everyone here is open to learning and understanding the importance of training smart and keeping it technical. SBG is a legit full package, A solid, clean gym staffed with great coaches and a welcoming community. If you choose to train here, there’s no doubt that your striking and grappling skills will improve if you’re willing to put in the effort.
