Great instruction and small class sizes. Each student gets personal attention to help them learn and perfect their moves. My daughter loves going to classes!

My introductory lessons were excellent. Sir John personalizes them to your level and encourages you throughout to build your confidence. Signed up for the 12 month program and grandmaster thoroughly explained what that all entails and some of the philosophy behind learning martial arts. At this location, you have the opportunity to become internationally black belt certified compared to other locations that cannot internationally certify you. Highly recommend this location right next to planet fitness and fresh thyme!

My five year old son started classes recently. He really enjoys working with Sir John and he is having so much fun! One of our goals is to see him develop confidence, discipline and respect. It hasn't taken long and we already see evidence of his progress.

Cho's has a welcoming atmosphere that gives even a beginner like myself the confidence to succeed. Grand Master Cho and Sir John are passionate about what they do and it makes it a fantastic atmosphere to learn martial arts and about myself.

I have been training here for a few months along with some of my family members and we all love it here. There are so many different things to learn but Grand Master Cho and Sir John are both very helpful in correctly getting us through each exercise, form, technique, etc. My favorite thing about this class is that it is personally taught by Grand Master himself. He is the kind of guy who says what he means and means what he says. Also, he teaches us the way he believes will help us improve. Both Sir John and Grand Master are great guys and they really do want everyone to succeed so if you are looking to succeed then you should come to this gym! Plus, everyone is nice and welcoming as well.
