Professor Fresh is an amazing Brazilian JiuJitsu instructor. I've been training at the school for 5 years now and it's the best thing I have done. I feel more confident with myself, and it helps you become a better person as well. We are a family at the school and all of us work together to improve. There are no egos. If you want to build confidence, learn the best self defense, get in shape, and have fun, then this is the place to be.

To say that it is a life changing experience is an understatement. I've been training with Professor Fresh for 3 years now. I went from a 42 waist down to 36, lol. No joke. I love it here. Were a family!!!! there are no egos to deal with. He works us within an inch of our lives. I love it, and will never leave it.

I have now trained two years here, and it is by far one of the best places to train. Professor Fresh, Sensei Rick, and Kory always make everyone feel welcome. They are very good with all levels of Jiu Jitsu. Unlike most black belts Professor Fresh will work with everyone in the club no matter their rank or skill level. I recommend anyone serious about learning jiu jitsu to come train here. They have kids classes to for kids younger than 16 also.

This place is amazing... I have two boys that train there 8 & 11 and they have been training there for about 5months now but in this short amount of time I'm seeing my boys grow from my baby's into young men especially my 8year old! It's hard enough to fear for our kids when they are out here in this word without us in these trying times so as a Parent I want my kids to be able to take care of there selves and protect the one they love an care about that aren't able to do so for there selves but only if need be. Sensei Kory is amazing with the kids an very skilled in Brazilian jujitsu as well as many other martial arts techniques so your babies will be in great hands. It has a very laid-back atmosphere with a group of wonderful parents and grandparents that are aloud to sit in the dojo as your kids are training so you can get a full understanding of what they are leaning. Professor Fresh is with out a doubt the man and I'm forever grateful for his establishment and the beautiful souls that help make this place our home away from home as well as many others. But please don't take my word for it please take a little time an swing on by an see for your self an everyone will tell you the same as I just have but Thank you I get a little long winded an Gods blessing to you all
