This is a great place to train. Ed, who owns the school, black belt Mike and the other upper belts have created an atmosphere that's welcoming and classes that are sure to up your game. High level of jiu-jitsu.

I have been training with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2007 and under the Robson Moura Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association since 2009. The instructors at Frequency Martial Arts are excellent as they break down the movements and watch the students to ensure that they are doing it properly. In addition, Frequency Martial Arts and the RMNU Association do an amazing job of bringing in RMNU various Black Belts to the school from time to time to teach classes, including the head of the association: 5th Degree Black Belt and 8X BJJ World Champion, Robson Moura.
