This place is wonderful. It offers something different to do in the winter here in Montreal. Work up a sweat, meet some new friends, get trained by an experienced coaching team and get assistance from helpful, friendly and professional staff. The place is new and doesn't have bad ordor from people's sweat which is great. They make their classes fun, so you feel like going back. So yes, I would highly recommend this place to other people. It's worth giving a try if you are looking for a great workout and something different to do to spice up your life during the winter months.

Experienced coaching team. Competitive muay thai fight team. Friendly and honest staff. New equipment, brand new tatami mats for the martial arts classes (muay thai and bjj). Positive training partners that will make you want to work hard and train often. Top muay thai coach, one of the few certified mnuay boran teachers in North America.

A place to avoid ! I registered my son for the muy Thai class during the open house of the center on January 3 2018. I was looking for an activity in which my son can develop skills and his self esteem . I gave my trust into their center but was misleaded by their wrong informations regarding the subscriptions forms ! The receptionist failed to informed me the other options that were available as the 10 classes packages, the 3 months packages she only spoke about the annual membership that the center can benefit more !! (900$/ year ) we are talking about a kid class ! I decided to cancel the classes within 3 weeks because It took me 1hrs back and forth to go and It was impossible to make it on time . As I was trying to call them several time ( their phone line it's the receptionist's cellphone ), they were unreachable. It took 3 days to finally able to spoke to them . The lady states I have to reimburse a 3 months fees because I am breaking the contrat and she insisted it was 500$ ( there was no legal contract documented with annexes that referred in case of of cancelation) . I have to call the Office de protection de la loi de consommateur to find up that they didn't respect loi 190-195! The only document she gave me it was the bills and also she charged me more of what I was supposed to paid !
