It's one of the best choice I've ever done. After few weeks, you start feeling more and more confident, keeping your calm and silence in angry situations. Nothing makes you afraid, whatever complexity it is. You feel your improvement, your spirit growing and your self-mastering. I totally recommend it

I used to train here in the 90s. Shortly after receiving my black belt I had to leave for college and have been missing it since. Thank you for sharing experiences of a lifetime masters Hong.

This is a special place. I've attended for years and cannot count the ways I've benefited. It's not simply a martial art; it is a community and a way of life. The school and the phenomenal masters create an environment where each individual can grow in a myriad of ways: strength, speed, focus, camaraderie, confidence, etc. Deciding to try this art and this school was amongst the best and most impactful decisions I have ever made.

This is a great school and community. I love that I can take classes with my young son.

Starting Kung Fu as an adult in her forties felt pretty daunting but I stayed with it and after 6 months I appreciate the Masters' systematic way of teaching to build skill and confidence. Each student can progress at their preferred pace as the school allows students to join as many (or few) classes as suits them in the weekly schedule. It's a bonus for me to not have to stick to a specific time every week! The school has a diverse clientele and you'll feel at home whether you're young, old, male, female, French, English or other.
