The instructors have worked so positively with my son and he takes such pride in his progression. He is not into the typical sports so it is wonderful to see him enjoy a physical activity that works toward his personal development as well. I began doing their adult exercise interval class and it is a challenging, dynamic workout in a fun, positive atmosphere. The culture there is to always challenge and improve oneself, not "outdo" your peer.

My son, who was hesitant at first, has a great time coming here now. He has grown tremendously, both intellectually and physically. The program is great about reinforcing positive behavior and respecting others. This program has also helped his focus. The coaches are AMAZING! When my son had some changes going on in his personal life they immediately noticed and asked about it and helped him work through it in a productive way. As a parent, that personal touch of knowing their "kids" is appreciated.

Kyle is in the leadership program and enjoys all that the program offers. Every week he improves his skills in Tang Soo Do. He is becoming more confidant. He very much enjoys and respects his instructors. He looks so forward to his classes and the challenges of learning and being with the other students. I would highly recommend enrolling your child. It will teach them respect, concentration and the joy of learning a martial arts skill.

My son Nathan has been going to the Kenwood Pro Martial Art for over 3 years now. He simply loves it and thinks it is awesome. The head instructor, Mr. Damien, is excellent. He does a good job instructing the kids in their techniques as well as working with the kids to build their confidence. Nathan is getting his black belt soon, and intends to stay with the school for as long as he can.

Great caring people that treat you like family. I had a spine injury 2 major spine surgerys in less then 1 year and severe nerve damage down my left leg that also left me with no use of my left leg. Have taken karate with miss Kara and Mr Damian for 2 years . The stretching and work out alone i was able to return to work with the help of a leg brace . They have help my sons self esteem and overall attitude we owe them so much words can not describe our thanks and dedication.
