FFMA has the best Martial Arts classes for the whole family. Great atmosphere and fun environment. My kids loved it !!! I recommend that you go try FFMA classes and see what the all buzz is about.

I Love FFMA and would recommend anyone who is seeking to practice martial arts to try few classes here. Personally I have exceeded my fitness goals and have now set new ones. And matured as a person knowing how to present with the 5 tenets of Taekwondo.

My wife, son, and myself have been coming to Master K's classes for almost three years. We will be testing for our black belt this year. It has been truly fun taking this journey with our fellow classmates. The classes are fun and has a competitive element at the end of each one that gets everyone excited. The TKD here is also different in that it has a sense of family where everyone works with each other to get better. Another cool part is that he also offers fitness kickboxing for the adults on Saturday morning and various weekday nights. I am in my best physical shape of my life. My son loves the classes also. We have met and become friends with other families in the class also. Unlike other TKD places, there is a true sense and feel of being part of a family here. Lastly, if you are really serious about becoming an elite TKD athlete, Master K will train you also. He has trained multiple state champs over the years. My family isn't here trying to be state champs, we are here to teach our son about hard work, discipline, and commitment. More importantly, I want him to be confident in his own abilities. This placehas allowed him to become a confident child. Thank you Master K and his instructors! They are the best.

I was looking for a martial arts school in the Irvine area about 9 months ago and came across Fitness Factory. Having no knowledge whatsoever, I started my son with a 2 week trial. He was shy at first, but quickly got into the classes and loved it. After the trial, my son was reminding me every day that he needed to go to taekwondo. 9 months in now, and my son is still going strong. In fact, my wife and I have also joined as the school not only provides taekwondo every weeknight and saturday, but also kickboxing as well, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. About 3 months after my son started, I joined primarily for the kickboxing, but eventually also got into taekwondo as it was included in the membership anyway. I love the classes as I always get a better workout from the classes than I do going to the gym by myself. The workouts are great and change every day. I've also noticed that my body has gone from a round circle to a less round oval. The school is great because it feels like a local community where people meet up to talk, learn a little, and get fit all at the same time. Master K, who runs the school is great with kids, yet stern when he needs to be during class. He's extremely talented, and a great teacher as well. This place is definitely worth a try if you're looking for a martial arts school.

My kids and I have been going to FFMA for 3 years now and we love it. We attend together the Taekwondo classes and I go to the adult kickboxing classes as well. One of the things I look forward to doing each week is going to FFMA. Master K has a special way of teaching where he’s firm but kind. We love him! He always keeps things fresh and engaging for everyone. His instructors are wonderful too. Shout out to Mousa! You’re doing a wonderful job! If you’re looking for an affordable family friendly place where everyone gets to have fun and learn then this is the place! Try his new kick boxing classes Tuesday and Thursday night. He has just started the curriculum and we’re covering the basics right now but things will progress fast.
