Studio Kicks really kicks your butt! I'm an active person and exercise on a regular basis consisting of weight lifting 2-3x a week and and cardio 3x a week. I was getting really bored of my cardio routine (running and elliptical machines) and wanted to do something different. I had heard of studio kicks and was interested, but wasn't sure if the price made sense for me since I also belong to a gym. Luckily there was a groupon offering recently and I took advantage of the 4 month membership. I didn't know what to expect but the ladies at the front desk were very nice and explained everything that I needed to know. I've only taken the k1 class so far and have taken classes both in the evening and in the morning. Evenings are definitely more crowded, but there is still enough space for everyone to move around. Emilia kicks my butt every time, but Abraham and Adam are just as intense. classes are 45 minutes and you are never bored. Truth be told I cannot last the entire 45 minutes, and have to take frequent breaks. Everyone in class is soaking in sweat by the end. I'm hoping to move onto k2. The environment is very friendly so don't feel intimidated! p.s. make sure you bring water! you will need it! p.p.s. I really wish they offer classes during lunch time. I think they will get a lot of attendees. If so, then they will get 5 stars!!!!!

This place is fantastic for kids, teenagers or adults learning Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts). The cardio kickboxing is also great, you are guaranteed to be tired.

I love cardio kickboxing! I tried cardio kickboxing classes at fitnessstudios like the JCC and 24hour fitness. But they get boring soon and you're not exhausted anymore. So the best classes are here! They have 4 levels, K1-K4 and from K2 you need you own gloves and you can kick and hit the wavemasters. The trainers are all very good, handsome and fit:) It's very motivating! There are usually more girls than boys in the classes. Classes are in the morning and evening and also on Sat and Sun mornings. If you really wanna sweat this is you place!
