I have been training with the temple since the age of 5, and at 22 years of age I must say it has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever experienced. Great place to seek fitness, wellness, and knowledge of your own body. Would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking USEFUL self defense techniques, tai chi exercise, and a positively constructive environment while getting in amazing shape.

Sifu is an extraordinarily capable and patient teacher. He conducts both group and private classes with care and dignity. One becomes not only a student, but a person with greater focus, better health and a desire for self-improvement. I’ve taught at the university level for decades and am delighted to learn both tai chi forms and how to anchor a busy life. Thank you, sifu.

The Sifu, Rafal Brozozowski is a skilled and effective teacher who is patient and highly focused. His example allows students to mentor and focus on their own development. The training routine is very effective and filled with many health benefits. I believe my training at this place to be important to my own development as a person and martial artist. I highly recommend this place for people who are truly sincere and wanting to evolve all parts of their own person. To coin a phrase: " A student guitar player does not know the chord, but the chord is there; and one day, the student shall find it".

I am a past student of Sifu Rafal Brozozowski... Commitment and practice is one of the most important things in martial arts, you're kung fu should be a reflex not a decision, flowing like water just like Bruce Lee said; Lau Kune Do really focuses on that concept, and the Sifu is an amazing teacher, he's had an impact on everyone who has walked through that door and taken a class there. I've done other martial arts over the years, Mauy Thai, BJJ, Karate, but none have had as big of an impact on me as much as Lau Kune Do. Straight Punches are king, and the breathing techniques and explosive energy learned from training Dan Tein is essential too and Martial Art, and not empashized enough outside of Kung Fu. If you're looking for a good workout, mentally and physically, and you want too learn a unique form of Kung Fu that emphasizes self control, sensitivity within movement, and explosive quick powerful movements, then this is for you. If you're looking to be a brawler then go somewhere else, the Sifu wont take Bullsh*t from people that arent passionate and commited too both the state of mind and the Physical aspect. I have great respect for Lau Kune Do, and my Sifu; my biggest regret is quitting after nearly 5 years of training. -Daniel
