My daughter been going here for group classes two times a week and it has been fun and productive. The classes have helped her with concentration, focus on details, and discipline. She has mastered two basic Shaolin forms so far and will be moving onto weapons. Class size is small, typically 5-10 students so my daughter gets plenty of personal attention. There are several Kung Fu studios closer to us but we commute a longer way to this school because I believe this is the best program for my child.

My son is 11 and attends Kung Fu classes here. Master Zhao is a real Shaolin Warrior from Shaolin Temple in China and an excellent martial artist. I have been very impressed even by his simple in-class demonstrations for the kids. More importantly, he is a great teacher and kind and patient with kids. My son is already at intermediate level and the change I have seen in him is remarkable: confidence, self-discipline, focus, strength, ... and more real muscles too (he used to be the skinny type). I also feel good that he is staying active. I highly recommend joining if your kids are interested.

My daughter has tried many after school activities without success as she loses focus and interest easily, but this is the one we stick with. The class size is generally small and the instructor (Master Zhao) is a true professional in Shaolin Kung Fu as well as an outstanding teacher as he is encouraging, positive and motivated. Also he tailors each class to the ability of each student. My daughter is comfortable coming here for class as she feels cared for and not overwhelmed nor ignored. I highly recommend this place for learning Kung Fu, especially for kids!
