I have been a member of Minorsan for at least 5 years now. I started with Zumba, and then moved on to the Fitness Kickboxing, and now I am taking the Body Pump classes. All the instructors are supportive, friendly, and inspiring. I love that it is a locally run by an amazing woman who continually motivates me to be my best. Thanks Clara for such a great gym that has helped on my journey to fitness. :)

I joined Minorsan over a year ago to take Cardio Kickboxing and Body Pump and I love it so much, this year I decided to go unlimited for all classes! The instructors are all really great, and Clara especially gets me pumped up for class and keeps me motivated to work hard all the way through the end of the hour. All of the classes are fantastic and so effective - I feel immediate results in strength and energy after each class. It is a pleasure to go to the gym now because I always have so much fun! I will be a member for life :)

I just love Zumba at Minorsan! It's sexy and sassy, the workout is intense, I look forward to every class and feel fit & fabulous afterwards. Clara and Brenda are such excellent teachers, keeping the class upbeat, lively and fun. I feel like I'm more than maintaining a healthy weight - my endurance has shifted, my body feels toned, my skin looks great, and I see myself smiling back from the mirror at every class. A big thank you to Clara & Dio for running an amazing studio at Minorsan.

About 9 years ago, I was looking for a place to workout and started attending Minorsan for BodyPump classes. I progressed to Kickaerobix and still take both regularly. At that time, working out felt like a chore and something I had to do to keep the calories down. I've come along way and, just today (after a few weeks off), I left with a feeling in my body saying "thank you!" Fitness has become incorporated in my daily life and no longer feels like a chore or worrying about calories. Minorsan definitely helped me get to this point. It is a very welcoming, supportive (meet you where you're at) and has a community feel (you will make great local connections!). Clara promotes natural and organic studio supplies, supports local businesses and always shares great fun facts in her classes. All the instructors are supportive and encouraging -they know how to push you just enough! I can't say enough good things. Just go!

Our son is working toward his junior black belt at Minorsan, and loves it! We love the program, too, because it teaches him not only about self defense, but also self esteem, respect, and integrity. Highly recommended!!
