First rate martial arts instructors! Great for people who are just starting out with Muay Thai or Jiujitsu or for the more advanced looking to compete. Plenty of classes in fitness too, with kettlebell and plenty of body weight exercises. Fellow students are VERY nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I have been working out for a couple years here and love it. Coach Anthony takes the time to teach you and make sure you understand before moving on to a new technique. The Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu classes are fun and great workouts! The friendships that are formed throughout the classes with the other students are awesome as well! I believe if you are looking for a different way to work out and reach your fitness goals you should try out Brood 9 especially if you ware interested in Muay Thai (kickboxing) and Jiu-Jitsu!
