We've had our 9 year old enrolled her for a couple months. They find a way to make the demands of learning easy and friendly but still effective. The class sizes seem small and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend.

I love Morning Sun. The staff and families are so welcoming and friendly. Owner/Master instructor Marianne is very knowledgeable and continues to train and grow in her field. She is so patient with the younger students. This school bridges the gap between home and martial arts training. This a place for the whole family.

I've been training at Morning Sun Martial Arts for almost 3 years now. The atmosphere is so inviting. Marianne Eberhardt, master instructor and owner is such an amazing teacher to have. She takes time with every student and is very thorough in the moves she teaches. It is a family friendly and she also does amazing work with children with learning disabilities.(no pressure, month to month, no contract.) they also offer two free classes to make sure you are comfortable with your decision of joining morning sun martial arts. I would recommend this dojang over any other in Chico by far!

Our family has been going to Morning Sun for years. Great place to get in shape. The owner,Marianne, is 5th degree black belt in Tai Kwon Do and Hapkido. She teaches all ages. Her youngest student is 4, her oldest 77. Everyone is welcome. Come and check it out☺
