My son has been doing Taekwondo for almost 3 years and has made incredible progress. He has found something he loves and has come out of his shell as a result. He is focused at school and at home because of the discipline he has learned from his wonderful instructors. My wife has joined him in class about a year ago and it is great to see them enjoy time spent together. It really is a great family atmosphere.

I love that it's great for everyone. The instructors are awesome with the kids as well as the adults, they push everyone to better but at their own pace and skill level. For me, it's a fun way to work out while also having family time.

We have a family of 5 including a special needs kid and we all enjoy learning taekwondo at this place! They really care about all their students. The staff does a great job teaching, connecting with, and encouraging every student at their level. I like that they are open every weeknight and we get to choose which nights we go and there is always something we can learn. Thank you Level up!
