What I love about REV is that it's not just a place to challenge yourself physically, but it's where you can challenge yourself mentally. Johnny allows you to start at your own level and work at your own pace, while still pushing you to be your personal best. Because getting fit, being fit, staying fit "and" healthy is not without effort, I feel the students at REV will find success in their efforts because they have a thoughtful teacher who takes the time to know his students.

Learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been an incredible experience of challenge and personal growth for me, and I attribute a lot of that to John's teaching style. He's very patient and attentive while encouraging us to work hard and focus on improving ourselves. Rather than following a rigid lesson plan, John will sometimes tailor the session to what techniques need more work, what will serve us best to learn next, or what will keep us safe as we train based on our performances on the spot. The school has an atmosphere that is both casual and respectful to the art, a welcoming environment for newcomers and advanced students alike. If you're thinking about trying the place out, you can see how you like it yourself with a free one-week trial. Oss!
