I have never done a single sport in my life. My boyfriend found Williams academy of MMA online and thought it would be a cool new years resolution for us to try to get in shape. At first I was so nervous because im really shy and anxious, but Corey, Rob and Andy (the instructors) were extremely caring, patient, and friendly right off the bat. They made me feel comfortable and let me learn at my own pace. Now i can't stay away from this place! Not only is it a fantastic work out, its super fun to learn new techniques, meet new people, and they have really brought me out of my shell. Plus i feel confident in self defense (which is always good to know) The other students are so cool and friendly as well, and are so willing to teach me everything they know. This place is awesome!! 1000% would recommend to everyone looking for something new. Adults and kids should check this place out. Come punch stuff with us!!! They treat everyone like family here❤❤❤❤

This studio was a pivotal to my growth as an adolescent and adulthood! Rob and Corey are amazing - they learn exactly what each individual student needs and tailor it to that student. They both have huge hearts for kids/teenagers while still able to teach discipline, a rigid curriculum, and just great exercise. I still stop by the studio, years after finishing my training to see Rob and Corey. 10/10 would recommend for any child regardless of their learning style.

10/10 The Academy of Martial Arts is a great place to go to if your looking into self defense, martial arts, or just a great work out. The people here are very friendly and personable. The Instructors are great and very easy to talk to even about things not martial arts related. The Academy of Martial Arts is an overall great place with cool people and amazing instructors.

I've been training here for more than a year now and I have to say, I love it! The training is great, the classes are the perfect balance of fun and challenge, and the people here are super calm, collected, and cool. I'm always excited to go to class, and the days in the week that I go vary because the schedule is very flexible. We even hang out after class because your classmates are like a second family. I go to classes with my sister and my dad. 5/5
