I've been a member of multiple gyms but none have ever compared to m3. The classes range from Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Womens boot camp, and Conditioning. All are excellent and well worth the money. There's also levels for teens, beginners, and intermediates. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an MMA gym. Honestly I've never felt more welcome at any other gym and the people there are like family.

Thank you coaches! My 9 year old has learned a lot in the five months he's been training at M3. Recently, just for kicks, he took on a baseball teammate who is slightly taller and more athletic. The teammate has some boxing training. They rolled on the grass of the baseball field with no striking allowed. My son took him down by his leg, mounted his back and applied a choke that had his teammate tapping out within 45 seconds. He'd never trained prior to attending your program. He was very proud of himself! Thank you M3 for instilling confidence through bjj. You rock!

My son has been going to this gym for one year and it is the best. He has gained so much in regards to skills and conditioning I can not say enough about about Coach Danny and Coach Rick. They are honestly invested in their students. They are not in it for the money but the love of the sport.

Great Academy! One of the few GFTeam schools in the United States. Professor Danny Vaughan, Mike Verdugo and coaches Charlie Bo, Yvette Aguirre, Mike Martinez Jimmy Cerra and Chris Mann are the best. Want to get in shape and lose weight? Want to train and compete at the very highest levels in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Judo? Want to try MMA? Muay Thai? This is the place! Friendly, family atmosphere and the best humans around!

M3 isn't just a martial arts and fitness academy, it's a family. As soon as you walk in you can tell it's a local watering hole with people from all different walks of life. There's a lot of positive energy in this place; everyone is super friendly and kind. You can walk in a stranger and walk out a friend. Whether your goal is to lose weight and get in shape, or to learn how to fight, M3 has a program that will help you achieve your goal. Definitely my #1 place to train whenever I'm on the Eastside (Montrose, Pasadena, La Crescenta, Burbank, Glendale, etc).
