Great place to start Jiu Jitsu. I started training with Team Moreira five years ago at the age of 38. It's never to late to start. My sons just joined and they love it. Jiu Jitsu has changed my life. I highly recommend this school

I am proud to be a part of Team Moreira Los Osos. Rob is an awesome instructor and has built every facet of the word 'team' into his academy. Students are encouraged, pushed, cared for and allowed to grow at whatever pace they choose. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art more than worth the time it takes to learn and Team Moreira is a great place to learn it.

Signing my 6-year old daughter up for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Team Moreira was the best decision. The incredible patience and calm of the instructors along with the supportive older kids in the class has been amazing for her growth not only in BJJ but for her emotional maturity as well. She is more confident than I've ever seen her which I see as a direct reflection of the great environment Team Moreira creates.

A friendly and supportive dojo, Team Moreira is great for Jiu Jitsu students at any skill level. Everyone wants to work on technique while also motivating each other. Rob Lewis is an excellent instructor who loves teaching and rolling with students. This is a wonderful place to train.

The people here truly care about you and your well being. No posturing, no BS, no tough guy attitudes, just a welcoming atmosphere where you feel like family. Great kids program and well rounded adult classes. Whether you are looking for fitness, sport, or competition prep, this place has it all.
