I took a couple of their free classes and really enjoyed them. The instructors were really great and helpful. They also have kids classes. Tons of available parking makes it easy to get to as well.

So glad Tawna opened her own spot. Always inspiring, supportive, and fun. As a personal trainer, Tawna keeps it real and keeps things fresh. She challenges you to new moves all the time and helps out with advice on food and things you can do to stay active when you aren't in the gym.

I started training here in 2011 in the fitness kickboxing program. After 3 months I started training in the Hawaiian Kempo belt program and have trained with the fight team off and on. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are able to work with anyone of all levels. My favorite thing about Pit.Fit is that it is one giant family - such a great sense of community. Working out there is always all smiles (usually, unless it's a devastating workout!), but I are grateful for the instructors pushing me and encouraging me.

This place is fantastic. The training and workouts are great, but my favorite part is the community. Everyone here is very positive and encouraging, which makes it easier for me to push myself harder. I can't wait until my kids are ready to come here.
