Great gym for bjj. Facility , coaches, schedule,... I also have two kids in the kids program, really happy with all the coaches and how the kids classes are structured.

ETC Castle Rock has the friendliest coaches and members of any gym around. I have learned so much in every class! Everyone is knowledgeable, welcoming, and has your best interest at heart. I am so much fitter and happier since I joined, I've even lost 30lbs in just a few months! This gym is the greatest!

Last year, my son was getting bullied at school and after several mornings of having to coax him into going, I knew I had to get him into something that would build some self-confidence in his ability to protect himself. Easton Training Center has been GREAT! He has been attending for almost a year and has really come a long way with his confidence and his skill. The instructors are always great and very knowledgeable. There have been several times where my son got stuck in a headlock or some other position that he could not get out of and the instructors always take the time to show him exactly how to get out of these scary (and very probable) situations. And, I love that the kids get to spar at every practice. I just recently started my daughter there too. I highly recommend the Easton Training Center to anyone looking for effective self-defense classes for kids.
