My son has been going here for 5 years and he loves it. The instructors and classes are great. We couldn't have picked a better place to learn karate!

My daugter loves it and the instructors are excellent. They do an amazing job of not only teaching karate but also improving their students social and cognitive abilities....

I love the studio and the instructors. They are very excellent of teaching in martial arts. My daughter loves the class and is looking forward to attend the class everyday. The class is an excellent activity for my daughter to get involve and focus, self discipline, self control and respect. Also the environment is great way for her to meet students like mind. She is learning so much and I cannot wait for my son to join the class when he is turning 3. I would recommend to new prospective students. You can attend the free trail to test its out.

I began classes at Newington Villari’s as an alternative to a gym membership and because my son takes classes there. My participation in adult karate has opened up a whole new side to our mother/son relationship. My seven year old is several belts ahead of me and really enjoys practicing with me and helping when I forget material. We have both grown in our ability to listen to, learn from and support one another. As a single parent, quality time with other adults is a rare commodity; this class has introduced me to many new friends, both instructors and adult students, with whom I enjoy laughing and learning. But for me, the most important aspect of karate at Villari’s is the first few minutes of class. We greet one another and settle into a moment of silent meditation. The intent is to close out the stresses of the day and simply focus. It is the beginning of 45 minutes that are all about my personal growth and physical fitness. I don’t often have the opportunity to take time for myself; Villari’s Karate reminds me that taking care of me is an important step in being a good parent and they have created a family focused environment that is a welcoming and safe for my child while I do just that!

My oldest son has been a part of Villari's for 2 years now and it has truly been a positive influence on his life. The confidence he has developed here has begun to transfer into other aspects of his life as well. It is not only exercise for his body but also for his mind and character. My younger son recently has joined and he also loves it. So grateful for this opportunity to grow my children into leaders of their own lives.
