My sons have trained under Michael Foley for 8 years. The experience has been both challenging and highly rewarding. Don't let the low prices fool you. The training at the H2HCTC is second to none. If you want your children to get stronger both mentally and physically as well as gain experience that will last a lifetime, you cannot go wrong with the training here.

H2HCTC has worked out awesome for me! Excellent instructing and a good family atmosphere. As much as it has worked out for me. I'm going to stay as long as I can.

My sons and I began studying here about 2 months ago. The environment is great, the instruction excellent, and the system is amazing. Truly a mixed martial art; fully functional self-defense techniques are taught from day one. It is also a great way to workout both at the dojo and practicing at home. Highly recommend to people interested in learning to defend themselves and others.

Fantastic and challenging martial arts school. If your looking for serious martial arts training in a family-like atmosphere come join us. Another great thing is that there are no long term contracts. Classes are on a month to month basis. Some schools actually make you sign up for a year. Crazy!

Excellent training for adults and kids. Fantastic instructors, very useful and practical martial arts and self-defense training. Most reasonable pricing in the area as well. True family atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.
