I started training here after my daughter researched places near Naperville and recommended it to me. (She has trained 6 days a week for 4 years at a tough gym in CA and knows her stuff.) I've learned a ton from Jeff and the other instructors in my 6 months here so far, 3 days a week, doing boxing and bjj. I trained 10 1/2 years in Hapkido and know what makes a good school. This place is awesome for me because the instruction is very meticulous and attention-to-detail oriented, and anyone who knows bjj knows that minor corrections in the way a technique is done can create a huge advantage. Questions are encouraged and answered in a helpful way, and most importantly, there are a large number of VERY experienced practitioners from whom I've been able to learn. Everyone has been cool, there are no egos here, everyone helps everyone else. Jeff is a humble, powerful dude, with a major resume and hugely successful career, not only fighting, but coaching, including UFC pros. I love this place, highly recommended.

Jeff Neal has a limited amount of knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Brian Bishop doesn't even "train" with his students. Dont waste your money here.
