Awesome place to learn karate, I have been there for 4 years and now a black belt (blue black). Two amazing teachers and amazing environment. I love this place and I hope that everyone gets the chance to do karate.

My 4 year old went from being complacent about doing ANYTHING (preschool, field trips, soccer, etc) to counting down the days til his next karate class. His senpai, Rachel, has been able to keep him engaged while still reaching him on his own personsal level. The other helping hands in class, Liam and George, are always so kind and good natured with the kids. They know their stuff! My son has referred to them as his "best big brothers" several times. Absolutely recommend this wonderful dojo and these awesome people!

Our granddaughters have been part of the Gateway Karate family for about 4 years. I say family because that is the atmosphere at this Dojo. Each class member is given individual attention and each parent is engaged with their child's progress. Gateway Karate not only provides lessons in martial arts, but provides important life lessons such as learning to respect one another. I'm proud to say we are part of the Gateway Family. To the teachers and mentors, thank you for all you do to prepare our children for life.

Gateway Karate is wonderful. Both Sensai and Senpai are great, caring instructors, who teach wonderful morals, on top of the karate. I also love that it is more of a family environment and not just a school. Glad we made the decision to join their family.

My son learns so much more than Karate here. The students are exercising their minds as well as their bodies. They learn self defense as well as lifelong leadership skills. Senpai and Sensei are great with the kids (and adults). I highly recommend Gateway Karate!
