Very approachable staff. Everyone is welcome. Incredible teachers. Classes are fun and straight to the point. Awesome workout too. Lessons are available for all levels of skill. Highly recommended for anyone interested in self-defense.

My daughters and I have attended their Get Home Safe seminars, and they are outstanding! They focus on psychological/body language techniques first and move from there to more physical maneuvers, and we practice, practice, practice! It's very hands-on and active. In addition, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced but also very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend these classes for women of all ages!

6/25 First night here and I'm impressed so far. Tonight is a PT night and they are providing practical application, not just a workout for the sake of a workout. They work very well with kids, but at the same time keep things going. I'll make updates as we go.

I did their CCDW class - nicest, most positive people imaginable.

This is a place for people to learn practical self defense and get into great shape! No matter what shape you're currently in, you can go through the class at your pace. The more you put in, the more you get out. The instructors are great too. Robert, the owner, or any of the other instructors will help you one on one as long or as often as you need the help. If you want to be able to protect yourself, your friends, your family, or a significant other than this is the place for you. No unnecessary clothes or uniforms either. Some shorts and at shirt! Stop in and try the place out!
