UPDATED: My son has been a student for several years now in the Youth Martial Arts program. I recommend it to everyone with kids. It is a positive, fun environment that brings out the best in my child. The instructors, facility, and atmosphere are fantastic and second to none. The gym provides a family atmosphere were the staff and students work together to bring out the best in each other. The change I have seen in my son is astounding. He is more confident, calm, compassionate, and he has made lifelong friends of all ages. This has been the best choice for our family. Try it out, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Long story short they kept charging are credit card even after they had a written cancellation. My son also went here for months and they couldn't even remember his name out of class of 12 kids and they did not teach them anything that was mixed martial arts style at all for the price that you have to pay. The only reason they have such a good rating on here is because they had friends go on and write it that are part of that building. They removed their Facebook review option because of how many bad reviews they were getting. Waste of money and very rude people that teach them nothing.

I take the Jiu Jitsu classes here. They are great and the instructors are awesome. I have found teammates and friends while training and think that everyone should try it.

This gym is amazing! I have been attending the women's kickboxing and co-ed striking classes since January 2017. The instructors are incredibly positive and welcoming, and they really encourage everyone to try their best. They make it easy to enjoy the classes while also getting a killer workout! The facility itself is also great, with plenty of space for everyone to practice and train. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.

This year I was able to visit for a Dog Brother's camp for the second time. Awesome facility, great atmosphere, and great instruction. They are in a really good central location for the North East region. Very easy to find. If I lived in the area, this would be my home away from home. They are always bringing in quality martial artists for seminars and stand alone as a great place to train. I look forward to more visits in the future.
