Parents! Google “MCDOJO” I’m sure your Sensei is a “nice guy, Great with the kids” but are the students really learning what they should be learning? Do you even KNOW what they’re SUPPOSED to be learning in a Karate class? SPIRITUAL growth is commendable, but they are supposed to learn to FIGHT! Are you’re kids REALLY learning that? Would you be confident if they got into a REAL FIGHT? Yea, I doubt it as well. I come from a traditional karate background, so when it came time to enroll my children in karate I decided to come here to observe a few classes because they’ve been here a few years now and I live close by. First MCDOJO red flag is when all the reviews say “Great with kids”! Sure, kids look up to and adult they are taught to respect in a cult environment, that doesn’t make him a “Great teacher” just means the leader is good at making people think he is “Great” MCDOJO OMG is all I can say. I witnessed 15 year old “black belts” instructing kids that looked to be about 12 or younger. MCDOJO I then had to watch “older” Black belts (maybe 18) teaching the older students MCDOJO This place is a disrespectful disgrace to every karate practitioner out there, parents coming in don’t realize this is just a dance/babysitting school. YOURE KIDS WILL NOT LEARN TO FIGHT HERE. Stop wasting the community’s time “Sensei”, and START teaching some REAL SELF DEFENSE 🤦‍♂️ And finally yes, it’s a MCDOJO If this review helps you , please click the like 👍 symbol or share! 👍

The guy below that says Sensei Davis is greedy for money is crazy. My son has been at this dojo for more than a year. He loved it so much that I joined and am starting to learn the martial arts in my late 30's. Nothing but great things to say about this dojo.

My 7 year old son has been at Dynamic Martial Arts for 2 years. The staff is great with the kids. They provide a fun environment for the students to learn and simultaneously teach respect and discipline that have helped my son in school and life. My son has learned the importance of preparation for competition and experienced performing in front of a crowd. This school has helped mold his self confidence and taught him not to let fear stop you from achieving a goal.

Sensei Davis and staff are great with kids and adults of all ages.. We brought our 12 year old son here about 4 years ago to learn self defense. He's now close to testing for his Jr. Black belt and has been taught much more than karate including discipline, self confidence and respect for all people. I would highly recommend this dojo for you or any member of your family.
