The atmosphere here is great. So far I get along with everyone and it is friendly but respectful. I am training in Aikido. Sammy focuses on learning realistic moves that will help in the real world and gives all students individual attention. It is non competitive besides some friendly stuff on the mats that helps to push us a bit further and learn more. The class sizes are pretty small which I find to be nice as it creates a far more personal environment, you don't feel like a number here. I find the price to be pretty cheap for 3 classes a week / 12 a month. I pay a lot more for 4 classes of music lessons a month. The workout is just phenomenal and its so much better because I find myself wanting to push further and do as much as I can.

Ive been here almost a year and am benefitting greatly from Sensei Sammy, I ve been taking Aikido and it has been going very well. I looked at a variety of dojos before coming here, the first time I saw Sensei Sammy teach I was really amazed, he has a way of making you listen and he brings out the best in you. A great dojo to go if you are really wanted to increase yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I've been practicing Aikido there for several month and the Dojo is totally awesome! I did my research before I started and this is the best dojo in the area. Sensei Sammy is super kind and has a really special way of teaching. Other Senseis and students in dojo are also nice people! If you're looking for a place to learn or practice Karate, Aikido, or Judo this is definitely THE dojo you should consider! Just come and experience a class then you will know how awesome the Dojo is!

I have been training here for nearly a year, starting with karate and recently starting aikido as well, and I can very honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. This dojo is like a tight-knit community where I feel at home; All the students are incredibly friendly and the sensei are very caring for every individual student and really push and encourage you with a lot of hard, but rewarding, work. What I really love about the dojo is how traditional it is, and how the sensei really focus on and have a passion for helping you become the best martial artist you can be. I highly suggest anyone interested in practicing martial arts to come here, because i guarantee you'll love it just as much as I do!
