I started all three of my kids here about two months ago and I’m so impressed with Kaizen. The instructors my kids have are super patient and they take their time and get down on my kids’ level to show them what they’re doing wrong and how to correct it. My kids have learned a lot in the short amount of time they’ve been here because the instructors really go for quality over quantity and invest in each kid individually. We live a ways away but the drive is worth it! I really can’t speak highly enough of this place.

I’ve known Professor Ryan Fiorenzi for some time. He is an author and 4th degree black belt. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he always takes the time to listen and give constructive input. Regardless of your experience or skill level, he provides the same level of exceptional instruction and service. If you are looking to train in a comfortable, professional, clean and relaxed environment I strongly suggest you consider Kaizen BJJ Plymouth.

After nearly 6 months of training here I still love this place as much as I did the first day. Professor Ryan Fiorenzi is amazing as others have attested and the other instructors too are all top notch. Both the staff and students are very welcoming, supportive, and will make you feel right at home. Looking forward to sticking with these guys for a long time to come and hopefully I'll see you, too on the mat :).

great school! I'm from Alaska and only got to go to two classes while I was in town but I've trained in schools across the nation and this school sets the bar for ego less talented tough competitors. I felt welcome from the moment I entered the door till I left with new friends and skills. 5 star school, especially if you're just passing through.

This school has one of the most welcoming atmospheres and a great group of people. Everyone is really down to earth and nobody has a giant ego or that "tough guy/girl" mentality. If you are on the fence about trying one of their classes, I'd highly recommend coming in. You won't regret it.
