When I started at the fighting fit I was not overweight, but I very quickly learned I was not in shape! The instructors are both caring and rigorous. They really want to see you reach your goals and they welcome all levels of fitness. I leave each day with a new confidence. The community will believe in you, so you should believe in you. Top notch.

One thing I really like about FF is the environment of members who are serious about training. Its very inspirational to be in a gym with people who train hard versus stand around talking and playing on the cell phone. Barry the owner is great as well. My teenage daughter enjoys their classes.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came to the Fighting Fit as an injured runner at the advice of my doctor to begin a cross-training program. I have many friends who train here and they have asked me to try to this gym for years. I should have listened to them sooner. The trainers push me hard, make me laugh and are extremely patient with me. I had never lifted before and was very uncomfortable with the entire concept at first. The members are all so welcoming and kind and I'm happy to say that I've met many dear friends through the Fighting Fit. It is the true definition of a community. I still run, but I now log less miles than I have in years- and I am faster than I was 15 years ago. I'm over 40 and am now able to accomplish physical feats that I could not accomplish when I was in my teens and twenties. I'm excited to see how strong I can become. I love this place so much that my teenage children now train with me. My daughter has taken the self-defense course and really enjoys her kickboxing classes. My son has become a stronger, faster runner through training and has made so many new friends in the Bad Boys junior program. To say that we love this place is an understatement! :)

From the moment I walked into this gym. Everyone was friendly and encouraging. I am taking CrossFit as a newbie. I was intimidated going in. All that went away once I walked through the doors. Everyone there wants to help you succeed in your fitness goals.
