I'm probably a bit biased being a long member of Palm, but this is the best jiu jitsu academy I've ever attended and will always be my home gym. Jiu Jitsu isn't fast money; it's akin to planting a tree and letting it grow. a life long endeavor. And for that endeavor, at palm, i have found almost literally a second family of people also planting seeds. We travel the country together, bleed sweet laugh and cry together. HOWEVER, I've witnessed many people come for a day, even 2 months, and end up quitting because its just too hard for them. If you want an easy martial art maybe you should try a TMA; if you want to change your life fundamentally you come to Palm BJJ and Coach Carl. This is a huge part of my life, and if you're reading, if you're curious, i encourage you to take the plunge and get woke to BJJ. -WP-

Carl is an excellent coach and instructor who demands the best out of himself. He always pushes himself to give his students 100% of his best no matter what. Great place to train.

My children started Jui Jitsui here about 2 weeks ago. Both instructors are amazing!! I recommend this for both boys and girls. They will learn brilliant Jui Jitsui and get a great workout along with many other life lessons here.

Top notch brazilian jiu jitsu in a great training environment. The facility is clean, has ample room and the level of technique being taught is second to none. This is my go to spot to train when I travel to the area.
