Every time I come here I will like I am entering a place that is so energetic and refined. When I train here I feel like I am making great progress.

That Sifu Steven Baugh is a real bum. I was sitting at a bus stop next to a young transsexual girl minding my own business. "She" , in a friendly way, offered me some of her potato chips. Nothing was amiss. Steven Baugh came from behind us staring at me as if I were some sort of problem. He took the transsexual girl aside and asked her is she were alright when there was absolutely no reason not for her to be. In this ridiculous way, he tried to make a hero of himself at the expense of my safety and pride. I don't appreciate this type of behavior from a man professing to be some sort of Buddhist saint or whatever !!! Amen.

I've been a part of the Lohan family since 2011. Delving into the practices of Northern Shaolin, Southern Five Animals, Tai Chi Praying Mantis, Tai Chi Chuan, Chen Tai Chi, Baguazhang, and Hsing-i, my mind, body, and spirit have only experienced massive growth and expansion. The temple side of the school has been even more of an impact on my life, having taught me about the various Buddhist, Taoist, and even some Native American traditions. These teachings were informative but general enough to apply in all parts of my life, being more philosophically and psychologically oriented than religious. Overall best decision of my life!

I have been a member of the Lohan School since 2004. This group is like a second family to me! They specialize in the traditional and spiritual forms of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Praying Mantis, Seven Star Praying Mantis, Eighteen Classical Weapons, Traditional Lion Dancing, Five Animals / Five Family forms of Southern Fist, Internal Chi Gung and Tai Chi Ch'uan of the Yang and Chen families. I believe this is one of the last truly traditional martial arts schools around. It is not commercialized, or corporately driven. They are not there just to take your money. The school (myself included) are here to help teach you the traditional arts and applications. It is about carrying on a tradition that is thousands of years old! Come by and try your first class free of charge. Once you start you'll be hooked! It's affordable, a great workout, and you will WANT to learn more once you get involved.
