I’m writing a review and it’s a lengthy one. I have always wanted to do kettlebells and I’m so happy I found American eagle mma & kettlebells. i thought it would be great for my body but little did i know it was so much more Training with Phil has helped me physically and mentally in ways I’d never imagined. The physical workout is challenging and so amazing. I started seeing results almost immediately. I would always have a back issue every so often , But amazingly the workouts actually make my back feel amazing Since going there my back has never felt this good - not one back issue in months. But mentally it’s taught me life lessons For example — FOCUS. I have a habit of not always paying strict attention One day i didn’t listen to the workout sequence and asked what we were supposed to do next. Phil said part of this program is paying attention and he was right — DONT OVERTHINK THINGS - i would always stress about each step of the excercise. He said stop overthinking and you’ll eventually dial it in. He was right —DONT LOOK AT OTHERS. TRUST YOURSELF While working out l would look around and see how other people were doing the excercises. He said trust yourself because other people may not be doing it right — REMEMBER WHAT YOU ARE TOLD. We were supposed to bring a towel and I forgot mine. He said now you won’t be able to do the excercise. I haven’t forgotten my towel since. Although I’m sure I’ll slip on that one. Thanks Phil

My son has been taking classes here for almost 5 years. He started at 2 1/2 years old in the little eagles program and moved up to the children's program at age 5. He loves it and I think it is a great program. My other son just started the little eagles program this summer and I began taking classes as well. For the past 20+years my exercise has been solely "gym" activities (i.e. weighting lifting/cardio machines) after a few weeks of classes at American Eagle I don't know why I waiting so long to join. I am getting a much better workout and having more fun.
