While my boyfriend was kickboxing and fighting amateur PKA fights I would come and watch his training sessions. Then I figured why not join a class while I'm here. My boyfriend has shown me quite me quite a bit of course, so when I took the class while the "big boys" were sparing, it was more a matter of improving and getting into peak shape to pull some of these kicks off. I was just doing it for fun and there were some younger kids in my class as well. I have to say the instruction was fun and kept everyone motivated and not discouraged. I think they have a great kids program. I recommend for anyone who wants to learn self defense, is training to fight, or is a parent seeking a structured outlet for their child that builds discipline and teaches them self confidence and defense without over doing the serious element of it and still keeps it fun.

I loveeee this place. everything is negotiable: the membership fees, the times of classes, and the lessons. there's lots of instructors, each one of them different in personalities and ways of teaching. the little kids there all had fun learning and playing games. after some research, i found that Chuck Norris used to go HERE!! unlike other schools i've been to this place isn't rude and terrible as a matter of fact, more like family. and yesh! most of the black belts that helps newbies out are soo hott and fun. a great place for all ages
