I'm 56 years old and sport a 36 pack around my gut. Awfully low on stamina and only half decent on flexibility. I've always hated the gym and I abhor mindless running & cycling. Ever since I joined Joe's fitness classes, I can see that I'm getting fitter and my body demands this workout. Joe is a wonderful instructor and while I've affectionately named him "torturer', I love the way he mixes up exercises and keeps the interest going. His workout encompasses the entire body and he's mindful of peoples' constraints. I highly recommend Joe's classes! NOTE: Joe's Martial Arts classes are very popular. My wife and I only attend his fitness classes.

My wife and I started going here almost one year ago. I was turning thirty at the time and very upset with what was then my current physical condition. We began going to Joe twice a week and eventually added a third day as well. I used to dread working out as it was something I did not enjoy. Now it is what I look forward to all week! Joe makes a really hard workout very enjoyable. I not only look and feel better, my yearly physical shows dramatic improvement since last year! I highly recommend Sidekick MA to anyone looking to strengthen not only their muscles and cardio but also their mind! Thanks Joe!!

I had my 7 year old girl going there for almost a month now and I see new fun games and lessons designed to keep kids interested and on their toes. Highly recommend this place for any one who want to have their kids get some more confidence, discipline and social interactions.

Joe and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Let me first off say how great Master Joe is at teaching the children's classes. Not only is he patient with the students, but he also shows discipline and respect to them. This is something that I love! He also has a Tiny Tigers program for the little ones as well as birthday parties. The students not only learn martial arts but also have a fun time in class. Joe is also consistently changing the classes. Each time the children come to class, they learn something new. Joe also offers kettle bell and adult martial art classes. Kettle bell classes are AMAZING! I have been taking them for 2 years and I love it! Joe's workouts are always different. When you walk into a Kettle bell class, you never know what you are going to do or what tricks Joe has up his sleeves. He is very patient and explains all of the techniques. He also manages to make the workout fun and an hour flies by! I would absolutely recommend the kettle bell class to anyone who was to shake up their workout routine. Lastly, Joe has adult martial arts. This class is a fantastic class for anyone who is looking to work on their punching and kicking techniques. I would recommend Joe and his school to anyone! You have to try it out!!!

Highly recommended! I joined a little less than a month ago and I have become addicted to these classes. It's a tough workout that definitely pushes me to my max but I have already lost weight and toned up in the short amount of time I have been coming. I always leave class feeling very accomplished. Joe the owner and instructor is awesome. He is dedicated and clearly loves what he does which is encouraging. He always switches up the workout so it's impossible to get bored. If you want a good workout and fast results this is the class to join!
